Our tea manufacturing process can include ingredient and tea sourcing, blending, tea bag filling, individual flow wrapping, retail carton packing, outer-case packing and final preparation for distribution.
Our high-speed tea bag manufacturing line is capable of producing approximately 600 tea bags per minute, representing a theoretical capacity of up to 288,000 tea bags during an 8-hour production shift, depending on product format, packaging requirements and production changeovers.
